Warehouse Specialist
Responsibility
• Assist Marunda Warehouse Team Leader for all Marunda operations.
• Monitor Control of Work breakthrough implementation and act as Area Authority (AA).
• Coordinate cargo delivery to/from offshore including rental equipments, stock/non stock material, repair, storage, junk, fabrication etc which met with user priority.
• Coordinate compilation of surplus equipments/parts, stock check/inspection, and preparation of asset disposal.
• Record and monitoring Material Discrepancy Report (MDR).
• Monitoring Production and Drilling stock items for perpetual inventory monitoring.
• Monitor Zero stock, project, cylinder gas bottle and storage material.
• Support implementation of ISO14001
• Prepare monthly report dashboard to Management
• Prepare Instruction to Perform (ITP), Work Order (WO) and SWO (Service Work Order) to contractor.
• Prepare Purchase Requisition for Marunda consumable items, tools, PPE, etc.
• Monitoring HSD Fuel Bunker for company.
• Monitor BvA and invoice tracking for Marunda.
• Monitoring certification and maintenance of steel basket, chemical tank and rack bottle, company properties.
• Assist optimization space Marunda shorebase.
• Coordinate compilation of surplus equipments/parts, stock check/inspection, asset disposal.
• Monitoring performance of shorebase contractor equipments e.g. crane, forklift and lifting gear.




Requirement
• Minimum D3 Graduated
• Minimum 5 years experienced in Oil and Gas Warehouse Operations (including handling Inventory, Chemical, Production, Drilling, and Project Materials)
• Good analytical skill and has strong leadsership
• Has good computer skill (MS-Office, Oracle)

INDOSAT


PT Indosat, Tbk was established in 1967 as a foreign investment company to provide international telecommunications services in Indonesia, commencing its operations in 1969 with the inauguration of the Jatiluhur earth station. In1980, the Government of Indonesia acquired all of the shares of Indosat, which then became a State-Owned Enterprise (SOE). In 1994, Indosat listed its shares on the Jakarta Stock Exchange, the Surabaya Stock Exchange and the New York Stock Exchange, achieving the distinction of being the first SOE to be listed overseas.
From 1969 until 1990, Indosat provided switched and non-switched international telecommunications services, including international direct dialling telephony, international data network communications, international leased lines and international television transmissionservices.
Entering the 21st century and in keeping with the global trends, the Government of Indonesia decided to deregulate the national telecommunications sector, opening it up to free market competition. From 2001, all cross-ownerships between Indosat and the domestic telecommunications provider, Telkom, have been eliminated, whereas the exclusivity rights of the two telecommunications service providers will be terminated in several stages.
